Pruducts quickly, efficiently, and on time go through all stages from cutting, sewing, ironing, and packaging. Our own fabric production allows us to produce 500,000 garments per month quickly and with high quality.
Production Processes
Desing
As a team of designers, we work with passion and enthusiasm to create modern designs. We follow publications and developments in the industry and constantly try new ideas to create collections that include every detail. Our team tries to understand the identity of the brands by researching the trends of the coming seasons and working to serve them in the most accurate way. We reflect our most creative ideas in designs according to research and the needs of our clients.
Planning
The fabric for the models is selected according to the season and goes through the stages of dyeing, printing, and embroidery. We produce a sample and analyze the result together with our customers. After studying prices and planning, we transfer the information to the purchasing departments of our clients. After mutual agreement, begin the process of purchasing accessories for the products. We receive approvals for the quality, color, and size of the fabric before the fabrics arrive at our warehouse. Once the accessories receive quality approval, we begin production.
Sewing
We begin the cutting stage based on production patterns prepared in the pattern shop. The sewing program begins with the numbering of the product and accessories, embroidery, printing, and additional materials. After planning in the workshop, our production teams organize the necessary equipment and personnel needs, and sewing begins. Next, the items are ironed, packaged, sorted, and prepared for delivery. The products arrive at the warehouse, and the quality control stage begins preshipping. After approvals, the loading and sale of products are completed.
Our Production Facilities
Istanbul Plaza
Our center is located in a closed area of 9000 m2 in Bagcilar, Istanbul.
Istanbul Plaza, with 80 employees, is a center for both the production of knitted textiles and the research, development, and design of ARVEN Textile. Our production capacity is 500 thousand units per year, producing men’s, women’s, and children’s outerwear.
Our Manufacturing Factories
Our manufacturing facilities are located in the Organized Industrial Zone. The factory was founded in 2020, produces knitwear on a total closed area of 13,275 m2, and has more than 275 employees. Our factories producing men’s, women’s, and children’s outerwear products operate with a production capacity of 3.3 million pieces per year.
